Hello! My name is Dzifa Mensah Okpata, and I work at the intersection of tech, storytelling and data to build experiments which improve online conversions.
I’m a Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist with over 11 years of experience helping organizations turn insights into meaningful digital growth. By blending data, storytelling, technology, and a deep understanding of human behavior, I create high-converting digital experiences that don’t just drive numbers, they connect with people.
Currently, I work on optimizing online donation journeys for a nonprofit in the UK, while pursuing a Master’s in Business Analytics to refine my craft at the intersection of data and business strategy. My path here has been anything but conventional and that’s what makes it powerful.
My journey began with a degree in Economics, which laid the groundwork for structured thinking and analytical problem-solving. That foundation deepened when I trained as a software entrepreneur, where I learned to code, build, and think like a creator. But I’ve always been a storyteller too and over time, I became obsessed with how data, design, and digital experiences shape how people feel, behave, and take action.
I’ve built startups from scratch, managed teams, run campaigns, optimized flows, and consulted across sectors from eCommerce and education to media, tech, and government. Along the way, I’ve led performance marketing campaigns, designed onboarding experiences, launched products, built web applications and worked on everything from social strategy to A/B testing and website optimization.

But my work doesn’t stop at metrics.
I’m deeply passionate about women’s empowerment and personal growth. I founded a women-only community, Zero To Woman, to provide resources that help women grow in their careers, businesses, and personal lives and I created a press-on nail brand, Imara Beauty, designed to give working women both ease and elegance. I believe that technology can be a tool not just for scaling businesses, but for uplifting people.
